• Manufacturing defects.
• Failures in electronic components that compromise the proper functioning of the product.
3. Exclusions:
• Natural wear and tear due to constant use (e.g., impact).
• Damage to mesh patches, rubber hoops, and other elements subject to regular wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or extreme storage conditions (such as excessive humidity or heat).
Procedure for Requesting Warranty Service
1. Evidence:
• The customer must send a clear photograph of the damage or defect along with a detailed description of the failure to the email address: soporte@moosedrums.com.
• It is important to include the purchase receipt and contact information.
2. Evaluation:
• Our support team will evaluate the evidence provided to determine if the failure is covered by the warranty.
• The customer will be notified of the verdict within a maximum of 5 business days.
3. Replacement:
• If approved, the customer must send the defective item via courier to the indicated location.
• Moose will send a replacement at no additional cost while the warranty applies.
Outside of the Warranty Period
• If the warranty period has expired, the customer may request a quote for the replacement of the item. This request must also be made via soporte@moosedrums.com or through our website www.moosedrums.com.
General Considerations
• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
• Shipping costs for returning the defective item are borne by the customer, while shipping costs for the replacement are borne by Moose Drums.
• Moose is not responsible for damages occurring during the transport of the product sent by the customer.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is properly packaged for shipment.
Additional Conditions
1. Reasonable Use: The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, negligence, or use other than that specified in the user manual.
2. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair performed by an unauthorized technician automatically voids the warranty.
3. Display or Discontinued Products: Products sold as “display” or “discontinued” may have limited warranty conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability: The warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the defective component and does not cover indirect damages, such as loss of income or time.
These conditions ensure the best experience for our customers and maintain the quality of Moose Drums products. For any questions or clarifications, do not hesitate to contact our support team.
